1. How do I get started?
To join the lomonet affiliate program, all you need to do is read the affiliate agreement and fill out the application form. As soon as that's done, you will be approved instantly. We will then send you your ID and password, which you can use to log into the affiliate partner area. After that, all you need to do is cut and paste the HTML code provided for you and set up the link. For a selection of lomonet affiliate banners and links, click here.

Note - These are samples, please contact us for more information on how to set them up.

2. How does the program work?
The affiliate (you) places the link on the website. You can place as many of lomonet links, banners and search boxes on as many web pages as you like. With your partner ID, we can track all the clicks and visitors you send us. So, after a visitor is redirected from your site to ours, we record that this visitor came from you. Then, when that visitor makes a confirmed sale, you receive commission.

Each visitor sent by you receives a cookie that remains active for 100 days, allowing us to track and pay you for the sale made by that visitor, even if he/she comes back to lomonet directly within 100 days from the initial click through, without sale through your site.

3. I have more than one website, do I need another affiliate ID?
Not at all, you can use a single affiliate account for as many sites and/or web pages as you like. There is no need to sign up more then once. Just make sure that you do not alter the format of affiliate URLs or code in any way when you place them on your site(s). All the clicks and sales will be tracked to your single account from every site.

4. Who is eligible to become a lomonet affiliate?
We welcome all sites to join our program. It will probably be beneficial if your site's content is money, home jobs, web design and hosting related, but that is not a requirement.

5. How much does it cost to join the program?
Its FREE - There is no application fee, set-up or ongoing costs and, most importantly, no minimum sales requirement.

6. Can I link to other money, home jobs, web design and hosting sites if I join the lomonet affiliate program?
We believe that once you affiliate with us, you will not require another hotel partner. However, we place no restrictions on your site's links and actually encourage our affiliates to join affiliate programs for other money, home jobs, web design and hosting related products like air and car hire.

7. Do you offer co-branding and white label?
No. But we plan to introduce this feature in future. .

8. When I click on my affiliate URL, it seems to redirect to lomonet and my ID disappears. Is this normal?
Yes, our system is session driven. When a client clicks on your affiliate URL, our system captures the affiliate ID and redirects the user to a default page on our site. It then tracks all subsequent click and sale activity to your affiliate account. As long as you set up your affiliate URL(s) correctly, all the user activity will be tracked properly.

9. How are sales tracked to my site?
All links from your site to lomonet contain your unique affiliate ID, so that every time a user comes to us via your site, we know to credit you when a confirmed sale is made. Make sure that all links on your site are created using the HTML code generated for you, so that all visitors are tracked correctly.

10. What is a "confirmed sale"?
After a sale is made, there is a chance that it may be cancelled or amended. Therefore, we credit our affiliates 30 days after the client has checked out. This is to ensure that all financial transactions have been carried out and the final sale value confirmed. Your commission will then be credited to your account and paid out according with our remuneration conditions.

11. How much do I get paid?
For every CONFIRMED sale that you refer to lomonet from your affiliate link, you receive 25% of the profit we make from that sale. Depending on the destination and our margins, that roughly equals to USD 16 - USD 22 in commission for each sale originated from your site.

Please see our commission formula below:

As per affiliate Agreement section 5.1 - The Company will pay the Partner a percentage of the revenue generated by sales resulting from this new cooperative venture. The transactional commissions will be paid according to the following outline:

Commission Paid = (CI - HI - (CI*PP)) * BCP

CI - Client Invoice (what the client paid to us)
HI - Hotel Invoice (what we paid to the hotel)
PP - Processing Percentage - 9%
BCP - sale Commission Percentage - 25%

12. Do I earn commissions from my own purchases?
Yes, you can earn commissions on any hotel reservations that you, your friends, family and customers make from visiting lomonet through your web site's affiliate links.

13. How do I get paid?
lomonet affiliates have a choice of getting paid in 4 currencies: US Dollars (USD), Australian Dollars (AUD), Euros (EUR) and British Pounds Sterling (GBP) as selected when you register. Payments are made monthly, in the first 10 days of each month, as long as you reach you minimum payment threshold. You also have 2 options of how you receive your commission: Cheque or Direct Deposit. The minimum amounts paid are: $100 for cheques and $500 for direct deposit for USD and AUD or 250 for Euros and British Pounds. If you do not reach the minimum payment thresholdt in any given month, the amount earned is rolled over to the next month, until you have enough to qualify for payment.

14. How will I monitor my sales and commission?
We will provide you with a tracking & management area, which will show in real time all activity on your site(s), including the number of clicks through, sale requests and confirmed sales by users referred by you. You will also have access to various payment reports, which will show the estimated amount earned at any time and history of all past earnings and payments.

15. How do I set up my links?
Once you are approved, simply log in to the lomonet partner management area using your partner ID and password. Select the link(s) you like (remember, you can use as many links as you like), cut and paste the HTML code into your web page and you are done. If you require assistance with this, please don't hesitate to contact us on .

16. What if I don't like any of the links lomonet has to offer?
No problem, you are free to modify the links, search boxes and banners we have at any time to fit in with your website look & feel. However, BEFORE you make any changes, please consult us to ensure that all tracking is correct, as we take no responsibility for sales lost as a result of incorrect link formatting
